I’ve never had a problem with them until now I got my oil...

I’ve never had a problem with them until now I got my oil changed an the air bag light came on let them know the next time I come in please take a look at it ( never was done) went in again for regular maintenance like always and still airbag was looked at but I was told there’s nothing that can be done due to the Master mechanic not Being in at the time I then went in for another regular routine oil change maintenance the beginning of January 2022 called in to tell them I had got a mail in my tire that wasn’t there b4 I bring my truck in got told they would talk to the Service manager and will get back to me now two weeks go by we are in the 2nd week of January 2022 an my routine maintenance service light comes on I go to check my oil an I need 2q of oil how in the xxxx is that possible when I don’t have a leak anywhere an I just got my oil changed yes I did call in an let somebody know an still no response like I said I never had a problem with Mitsubishi and Winchester my service has always been good and the employees has always been lovely cheerful and helpful

My recent purchase of my new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander...

My recent purchase of my new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from Winchester Mitsubishi was by far the best experience with a dealership I have ever had. For starters they never rushed us to make a decision and we were never pressured into even making a purchase. The payment agreement as well as the amount of negative equity that they removed from my old vehicle was so incredible that we truly couldn’t turn down the offer. Secondly they had us in and out much faster than other places I have purchased from in the past. Lastly with having 3 small children who had gotten bored, they never once seemed to be bothered by them. They were very patient with us and truly understood.

Was not happy with what they had to offer. Was stuck with someone else used vehicle that took most the day to clean after spending 5 hours the night before and then another 4 hours trying to get something suitable for me.
