Great Salesman - Darren Poth!
My salesmen Darren Poth directed me to service with a small issue with my car. He was very professional and kind as always as we have bought two vehicles from him, and sent others to him as well. He is a top notch salesman that makes you feel comfortable with all your transcations at the dealership. The service team fixed the problem, and Darren handled getting it all processed.

2016 Chevy Colorado LT Crewcab
Ryan Faglie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. We have been back to the dealership several time as we think of new questions to ask and Ryan always makes it seem like he is waiting for us to come in so he can help us more. Over the years we have special-ordered three vehicles and been very happy each time. The dealership is thirty miles from our home and we have a Chevy dealership about a mile from our house, yet we drive to Chuck Nash in San Marcos because of the People, value and service there.

Frank Dubisson at Chuck Nash is the BEST!
Frank Dubisson is a wonderful service rep. He does everything he can to help the customer. I had an unfortunate incident where my fuel system had a major failure 4 DAYS after my extended warranty expired. I do wish something could have been done about that, as neither GM nor the warranty company would pay any of the $1800 cost for repairs. When I came to pick up the car after repairs were finished, the engine light came on again, and I had to leave it another day to fix a new problem. Frank managed to get the additional repair done without charging me any more, but it is unsettling to have so many serious problems arise the same week the warranty expires. This is a problem that GM should investigate. That said, Frank is great.

Excellent service
Not remembering what time their service department opened, I actually arrived at the dealership an hour too early. The service manager was concerned about my being so early, and as soon as the service department officially opened, he was able to work my truck in for its oil change, inspection of fluids, and tire rotation. If I had arrived at the right time, I would have been out of there in 30 minutes. I think that is a record. The service is outstanding and the people are so courteous you would think I was there to buy another new truck.

Great Service Coupled With a Great Product
I came in from spending the morning at a roadside dealership. It was not fun, they did not have half the resources Chuck Nash has. Michael, my sales agent, was very helpful. He must have noticed my frustration because he was direct and intuitive. I test drove a 2015 Chevy Sonic and a 2015 Chevy Cruz and drove out with the ladder that same afternoon. I have had the Chevy Cruze for 3 weeks now and it is everything I could have asked for. Thank you, Michael.
