Awful!

Matt Church was a rude smart xxx to my husband and I today. I do not know what we did to provoke this kind of behavior from him. We had bought a Santa Fe from this dealership 20 months ago and had a great experience. Will never do business here again after today thanks to Matt Church and will tell everyone of our experience. He has NO business dealing with the public with that blatant smart mouth of his! Told us we were getting on his nerves, and the last thing I remember, after my husband had enough of him and said we need to go feed our horses, Matt said, and I quote "go feed your horses is there anything else I can do for you"? He dismissed us!

Very friendly and straightforward people who are honest and genuinely care about getting you into your dream car for the price you want. At no point did I feel pressured or deceived unlike other dealerships, I will definitely be recommending to my friends to check this place out for their future car purchases.

Mike Tice and the team were exceptionally helpful and transparent throughout the process during my recent purchase of a 2021 Palisade. We are from out of town and discussed the new car price as well as the condition of my trade in over the phone. We came to a preliminary agreement, subject only to what I had disclosed about the age and condition of my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike had the Palisade ready to test drive and spent time with my wife and me reviewing the various features while his counterpart evaluated my trade in. He did a great job communicating and corralling the various individuals at the dealership that needed to weigh in on the decision. Within a couple of hours, we had concluded the transaction and were headed back out of town. I highly recommend both Paramount and Mike.

Good experience from the beginning

Mike Tice greeted us the minute that we pulled on to the lot. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of our visit. He and everyone else there made our visit very pleasant.

Professional, helpful

My second purchase from Paramount. There is a reason I keep coming back. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Andrew was great about staying in touch and working within my hectic schedule. Veloster N purchase

Professional, courteous, great salespeople to work with. Good facility to wait in with comfortable furniture and amenities. Paperless signing process. Trenton did a really great job. Unfortunately I had left already before I noticed the car only had 1/4 tank of gas which was a bummer. Only reason really for 4 stars instead of 5.
