I would definitely NOT recommend Daytona Mazda! Prior to going into the dealership we had agreed on the price so we all knew what to expect and it should have been a really easy and fast deal. I was there for hours while my paperwork just sat on the desk of the finance office waiting. The finance guy Chris ended up getting visibly mad at the salesman Chris for not handing him my paperwork and just setting it on his desk. Finally I was able to sign and bring the car home. 2 days later I get a call that somehow they messed up the finance rate and/ or the customer cashback and I had to resign the contract at a higher price or rate. If I didn’t resign our contract wasn’t valid and I had to return the car. Their mistake was going to cost me thousand more! I liked the deal we had and told them that. We had a contract after all. I sadly took my brand new car back. It took me almost an hour to get someone at Daytona Mazda to accept the keys from me. I tried to give them to the front desk, salesman (Chris), manager and finance guy, also Chris. Nobody would accept them until I accompanied Chris into the finance office so he could try to talk me into resigning at the higher price or rate. When I declined to he got mad and told me that they weren’t Walmart and I couldn’t just return the car, even though he was the one who explicitly told me if I didn’t resign I had to bring it back. I sadly didn’t end up getting a Mazda3 which I really wanted. It’s 4 months later as I’m writing this review cause I’m still upset about it and the car I had to return is still sitting at the dealership. :’-(
