Blue team leader Dennis Gudzek is the best of the best, as he takes care of service customers! He is always polite, highly efficient, caring, and personally engaging, and also willing to go the extra “mile”, with accommodating follow-up, saying when he will be in next and to please text him the results of repair.

A Visit to West Herr Chevrolet of Williamsville
My appointment was for 7:40 am & as I pulled in at 7:39 Robert Epolito was waiting as I opened my car door! He greeted me in a very pleasant manner and thanked me for being so prompt. As I entered the office Paul H. appeared and said he would be doing the necessary work on my car...oil change and NYS inspection. After a bit of pleasant conversation, I was directed to the waiting room, after Robert mentioned it would be approximately an hour. I fixed a cup of delicious coffee, found a comfortable chair and enjoyed the ABC-TV Morning show. All in all, it was a very comfortable experience. I would give the two gentleman very high marks for doing their best to make a customer feel right at home. The wonderful customer service continued as Robert escorted me to the office where I paid the bill and was sent on my way by the very nice woman who thanked me and wished me a nice day! Thanks West Herr!!!

Extremely dissatisfied!!!
Very unhappy when speaking to Larry, who, I believe to be Parts Manager, (after looking up your staff thru the website) as only identified himself by first name when he took the call. I thought he said Jerry..... Extremely unhelpful and rather condescending to speak with. Did not do anything to offer any assistance or resolution. Experience we have had until now has been great. Going forward I don't know that I will recommend to anyone.
