Ian Emerson is always a pleasure to work with on the re-lease and he was respectful and helpful and responsive as he always is. He made the re-lease process hassle-free and straight forward and always responded to calls/inquiries quickly. Ian will continue to be key to our decision to do business with Gerald. The woman we worked with in finance to sign the papers was very efficient and pleasant, and we completed the lease process much quicker than in the past.

Jeff was one of the best sales people I've worked with ever. Loved test driving cars on the test track. Why don't all dealerships have a test track? Jeff spent a lot of time and patience showing me various cars and explained all the options/features. I was there a long time while trying to decide what I finally ended up purchasing and I never felt like I was a burden. Jeff is really a great guy and I feel luckily to have worked with him. I believe Jeff played a big roll in me deciding to buy Suburu over one of the competitors. I love my new Outback. And my husband loved it so much too that he went back the next week and bought himself an Outback through Jeff.

I came back to Lenny because we were so happy with our first experience. He walked me through every step of the way. He took his time explaining everything about the car and when I decided to purchase he went through the dashboard panel till I was comfortable with everything! He's very personable. I will recommend him to family and friends. You are lucky to have him at your dealership!

Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. We did not feel any pressure the first time we were in there. We did come back the next weekend to buy the car we were looking at. We were offered food and drinks as well when we were there.
