We bought a 2016 Kia sole The price was OK We looked at

We bought a 2016 Kia sole The price was OK We looked at the car fax it said it had a minor accident After having it a while We noticed the drivers door didn’t fit right Also the blower motor only worked on one speed We contacted the dealership they said we bought it as is We waited to trade it in They offered us 2000 $ which is way below what it should be The sale person was not very nice to us then we found out the car was stolen which was not on the car fax Please don’t buy from them I think all there vehicles we’re bought at auction

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! The whole experience was terrible. If i could give them a 0 I would. My car has had issues since the day of purchase. Due to the dealer being 2 hours away I decided to take the car to a dealer closer to where i live to get looked at. Long story short within 3 months the Fuel tank, Fuel pump, and valve cover needed replacing......the car has been parked for 3 months now with 9K worth of repairs......let's not forget I JUST PURCHASED THIS CAR. I have had to hire an attorney just because now I have a car note of $550 with a car that's been sitting for 3 months because I don't have 8k just laying around...... Lastly I spoke with the manager, and he offered NO SOLUTION. Actually, all he did was try to argue about how there was no way to inspect for a bad tank

The listings online are outdated and they will still

The listings online are outdated and they will still allow you to schedule appointments until the day and time of the appointment they will just cancel the it with or without any reason, mostly due to the car is no longer in inventory. Happened twice.

I helped my son purchased a used Ford F150 after

I helped my son purchased a used Ford F150 after successfully graduating from the Coast Guard and the salesperson Ellena Juarez was very patient with us and straightforward. My overall experience was pleasant and no pressure from the dealer. Ellena answered all my questions and was very attentive to our needs. Also the finance officer took the time to explain the contract with no hidden fees or surprise fees. Great experience overall thanks Ellena
