I went in to buy a Montero Sport. Bobbie was super helpful and friendly. The place was surprisingly clean for an old building. The sales guys where cool... and with humor. The processing was a little high but otherwise everything was great. They are small but worth checking out.
every car they are listing is a bait and switch - it looks like they have great deals - but not real - they dont remove cars sold (if they even ever owned... them). DONT WAIST YOUR TIME

The Car Store INC. Is a long shot the best dealership i've ever deal with! From first contact to driving off the part with my new (utilized) vehicle, I... was treated with the most extreme regard. The time and exertion these folks spent influencing me to feel like I was a relative and not only some client was more than I at any point anticipated. The staff was so experienced to handle ny client with any requirment. I highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from The Car Store INC.!!
Visited a couple of times and saw quite a variety of good used cars. Didn't make a purchase but found them helpful and sincere. The facility is clean and... they seem to care about their inventory.
The Car Store INC. Is by far the best small dealership i've ever done business with! From first contact to driving off the lot with my new (used) vehicle,... i was treated with the utmost respect. The time and effort these guys spent making me feel like i was a family member and not just some customer was more than i ever expected. The sales managers name was Christopher, after speaking with him a few times on the phone about a 2010 Volvo XC-60, i couldn't wait to come and test drive the truck. He sat me down and thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of this very vehicle. Christopher was not pushy and after about 30 minutes of demonstrating the truck asked me if this was the vehicle for me. He said and i quote " If its not the one, then lets find you the one". The whole process took no more than an hour and a half and i would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Most salesmen are fast talkers and have their eyes set on the sale, Not this time. At The Car Store Christopher made this transaction about ME. I even tried to give him a tip, which he kindly declined and told me to use that money to treat myself.... Thank You Car Store Employees for changing my outlook on the car buying process.
When I arrived at this dealership, I didn't expect much. An old building, two sales people, and a guy doing finance or something. I was looking for a newer... Ford Taurus I saw on their website. Then Chris greeted me, I told him what I was looking for. he knew every detail about the car, he answered all of my questions. I felt at ease, and made to feel respected. The finance guy, (I think his name is Jonathan) Was able to get the financing I needed in very short order. Thank you everyone at the car store.
Like the Subject Title Says: "DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER" *** NOTE: The below Review is rather lengthy, but please read in it's entirety.... Hopefully this will help you avoid the stress I went through with this Dealer*** I recently purchased a 2006 Range Rover with 85K miles from The Car Store. The exterior looked great, interior was in good condition, and it was advertised at a great price... However, what wasn't advertised was that it needed a new Transmission! I purchased the vehicle "As Is" (I know.. my mistake and it won't happen again!). But I would think a Dealer would disclose all of the issues going on with a vehicle before you sell it! So here's the story: Once I purchased the vehicle, the very next day I took it to a local Land Rover Dealership. They informed me the vehicle needed a Transmission and to my disbelief, they also informed me The Car Store took that same vehicle there about 2 months prior and they informed them of the Transmission problems! MOST dealers would either have the issues fixed before putting it back on the lot to be sold, or disclose the issues prior to selling it. Instead The Car Store decided to deceive it's customers by not disclosing anything! When I purchased the vehicle, I drove it up and down the local street, never exceeding 40mph. Everything seemed fine, but I (like most people) don't know vehicles that well to have the awareness to detect transmission problems. I then went back to the Dealer and was very patient and understanding knowing that "these things happen" and proceeded to work with the Dealer to resolve the matter. I provided 2 options. (1) Either assist me in getting it fixed -or- (2) Take the vehicle back and give me a full refund while I look for another vehicle on your lot. Needless to say, they were not too pleased to take the vehicle back but did agree to assist me with getting it fixed (Option 1). To make a long story short.. I spent almost 2 months haggling with this Salesman named Marino attempting to resolve the matter. Marino did not get anything done. He had poor customer service and communication skills. He appeared aloof (lazy) and displayed no care or concern for the matter. I also tried repeatedly to get in contact with the Owner (named Bobby Khan) but he was "conveniently" out of the country on vacation for over a month (at least that's what I was told). And I was repeatedly told they could not get in touch with him and did not know when he was expected to return. What company or business doesn't know how to get in contact with their boss or has no idea when he's scheduled to return from vacation? Major Red Flag! Definitely the sign of a poorly run business! In the end, nothing was resolved. I ended up getting suckered into spending a total of $17K for a vehicle that no longer functions because I need a transmission that costs nearly $7K. I was totally deceived and left with no resolution and no regard for my situation. As of now, I have a case pending with the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board against The Car Store. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in attempts to have this Dealer fully investigated so as to never deceive or fraud innocent customers like myself again. Note to Readers: Sorry for the lengthy explanation but I hope this helps and please DO NOT INCLUDE The Car Store in your search for a vehicle. The are plenty other better run Car Dealerships with better quality overall service for you to choose from **Thank you for reading**
