On December 5th, Noel Piñon provided exceptional, attentive, and genuinely caring service during my new vehicle purchase. After a very disappointing experience with another department that left me ready to walk away and take my business elsewhere, Noel respectfully asked for a chance to hear me out. He listened sincerely, validated every concern as fair, and took the time to understand my timeline and frustrations. He then asked if he could make things right—and he absolutely did. Because of Noel’s patience, empathy, and determination to restore my trust, I stayed and completed the purchase. Without him, I would have left for good and never returned. Noel single-handedly saved this sale and earned back a customer’s confidence when it was nearly lost. Noel Piñon is the model of outstanding customer care. Thank you, Noel—your kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend!

They sold a car to my daughter with a leaking cylinder

They sold a car to my daughter with a leaking cylinder head, Coolant leaking into the oil. They won’t return my calls and the bosses are too busy ripping off other potential customers. Do not go there!

ZERO INTEGRITY IN THE CON-VENDER AUTO FAMILY Absolutely

ZERO INTEGRITY IN THE CON-VENDER AUTO FAMILY Absolutely the most disappointing customer service and deal-making experience of my life. Car dealers are much-maligned for their business practices. Cavender drags down the entire industry’s reputation to a new low--in one transaction! I was fully engaged in purchasing a used vehicle--credit report, proof of income, documents in progress, and wired funds. The only thing I hadn’t done is promise my first-born child! My salesperson and I struck up a good (what I thought trusting) relationship—e-mailing and texting many times to exchange information and stay updated on the progress. It was an out-of-state deal so documents were FedEx’d to my home. Having wired downpayment funds, completed documents, and sealed the return FedEx envelope, I sent a picture of the signed deal sheet. All done…so I thought. While in the midst of the deal closure process I noticed the vehicle was still listed—and the price had been increased by $2000. They were clearly leveraging my in-progress deal to try and squeeze some extra dollars out of another buyer. By now, you’ve likely guessed how this story ends. A few hours after holding up my end of the bargain, I get a call letting me know theCon-vender Auto Family had sold the vehicle out from under me—not even the courtesy of a right-of-first-refusal. The Con-vender Auto Family’s mission statement on their website states: “We are driven by the understanding that our success will ultimately be determined more by the number of people we help, rather than the amount of product we sell.” Actions speak louder than words, Stephen and Rick. I caution anyone who is considering dealing with Cavender (across any of their dealerships). If integrity is in such a short supply on the front end, wait until they get you into the service bay.

This is our third Toyota vehicle we have purchased at

This is our third Toyota vehicle we have purchased at Cavender in the last few years. The reason we return is because of the exceptional customer service. Customer service is not what it used to be. Three sales individuals assisted us with our purchase; Mr. Albert Perez, Brianna and Solomon. They went above and beyond. They were professional, patient, and courteous. They answered all of our questions. We appreciate that we were treated with respect every moment we were there. Thank you!
