Excellent quick friendly service from Julian Garza. Julian gave us a quick estimate on the phone and allowed us to bring the car right in to the dealership. He called with an accurate assessment and quote in the morning as promised. The car was quickly repaired and ready for pickup within a few hours. A very pleasant experience .

This by far has been the worst experience I've had with a service department. They seem inexperienced and rushed causing errors. I took almost 3 weeks for me to get a brand new tire. Service advisor would not return calls, will keep me on hold for 15 to 30 min when I tried calling. I will never go back to this dealership.

I’m very happy to put a review on my experience buying a vehicle at Autonation Toyota. My salesperson, Aye, did a fantastic job. She was very pleasant, helpful and always with a smile. She was also helpful at the end of the transaction keeping me informed about the license plate delivery. It is rare nowadays to find someone who is dedicated and helpful as Aye was.
