You to in for two issues and they say it will only take about 1 hour and 30 mins and 4 hours later you get out!

They could not identify problem with brakes and push

They could not identify problem with brakes and push start button. Provided steps found on Google indicating others had same issue with steps to start vehicle. Informed AutoNation service person of this and he replied we would be charged for another diagnostic even though vehicle is still under warranty.

When we purchased our vehicle we were taken care of

When we purchased our vehicle we were taken care of wonderfully. But when it comes your service department we have been unsatisfied a few times for slow service making an appointment doesn't eve. Matter because sometimes we ha e waited for hours just to have our vehicle serviced.

What I expect from a car dealership

I?m a pain in the xxx for car salesmen. I?m picky, ask a lot of questions and take my time before I make up my mind. Robert and Tyrone tag teamed me over 2 days and both were great! Enjoyed the experience.
