I have bought few cars from Toyota dealers over the years. This was the best experience. What makes this even more interesting is that this is a sellers market and the dealer and the sales person both worked with me very diligently. This was also the most complicated buy for me where I have had serval interactions with various sales person ahead of the last interaction, where thought I got what I was looking for and did not work, where I though I am not going to buy this year and ended up buying because the sales person followed up with me with the exact request I had.

Very helpfully professional. The only thing is that I send my wife to get the oil change right after she got there I was getting text messages and emails if want it to sell my car for a new vehicle I did not like that

Service
Unfortunately, this repair was a direct result of neglect on the part of an oil change done elsewhere. It was a long process due to them. As far as AutoNation, my Jeep was repaired quickly, and I was notified daily during the whole process. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
