Took my truck in to have new tires put on with my

Took my truck in to have new tires put on with my warranty, was told I could only get 2 replaced at this time. Ok, fine...I requested that the front passenger tire be one to be replaced and the guy wrote it down on the form. Didn't think to check the tires they replaced when vehicle was done. My husband checked them when I got home and noticed the tire I specifically asked them to replace was still on my truck. Ugh Not very happy especially since that tire is constantly going low because of slow leak in side wall. And, of course, the very next day, my low tire pressure light came on for that exact tire!

This place was super busy when we took our vehicle for a service but the staff were efficient and very professional. The work was done after two hours after which we receive a courtesy phone call to get the vehicle once we’re available. We purchased our new Toyota from this dealership and the free service maintenance incentive for new vehicles within two years can’t be beat. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

They have always taken good care of me. Greeter is always so friendly.love this place I wouldnt go anywhere else for my vehicle check up or tires. I bring my jeep and Toyota.

Autonation always gets good work done; it can take some time so expect to leave your car. It’s worth it in the end. The sales reps can be a hit or miss, some are great and will let you know what’s going on, some of them maybe not. As far as work done.. they are great..

Brought my car fir routine service. I was helped by Christian- he was great. Kept me informed and the estimate was exact. A little disappointed that the technicians didn’t wipe down the interior - the post-COVID disinfection service was not done. That is a nice way to get the car- knowing the germs were wiped clean. Maybe next time?

Sales manager was very accommodating to our specific needs and wants we were very happy with our new 2020 Toyota camry this was our very first vehicle ever purchased through a dealership we were very pleased as first time buyers.

AUTONATION IS, AS ALWAYS, VERY DEPENDABLE AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS USUALLY VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM FOUR STARS INSTEAD OF FIVE IS I HAD TO WAIT A PRETTY LONG TIME FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP TO HELP ME WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY CAR. MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS THE LUNCH HOUR. EVEN THOUGH, WHEN CLINT CRAWFORD CAME TO HELP ME, HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Put my truck in early Thursday morning called several

Put my truck in early Thursday morning called several times Thursday afternoon and Friday morning and was put on hold for 20 to 30 minuets just gave up calling and waited for the dealer to call back with a quote for the repair cost. When I finally got the call, it was ready for pick up I was told the cost would be 540 but when I got there it it was 750I was charged a shipping charge equal to the part cost. the dealer should have the parts needed and not add on the shipping charge. my issue involved removing the dash, after getting the truck back the dash vibrates and is lose. I do not have the luxury of taking it back to have the dash tightened up or the cash to spare on what they charge to retighten the dash. just great full my truck is running yeaaaaa It was a blown fuse
