It was worst experience.

It was worst experience. yesterday. I called for appointment as the car was makin funny noises. They gave 2 pm appointment. I went 15 minutes ahead of time. Till 5 pm nothing was done. Finally I got fed up of waiting and asked they stop whatever they were doing and took my car out.. They did not have the courtesy to tell what they did or did not do with the car. Last week I had taken it for safety check for state license. Since then the noise started. Luckily the noise has stopped now. I am sure the tech did something in the back and did not tell us. This is the last time I am going there. Very bad experience in 15 yrs. I

I had the worst buying experience when purchasing this

I had the worst buying experience when purchasing this 60k truck! My salesman tried his best but I was mislead by a secondary salesperson turned finance rep. Not only did they fail to get me the rate I was promised (as it was mismanaged) the credit was run again and nothing positive came out of it. I’ve been shopping with autonations specifically Toyota for more that 18 years and this experience has left me highly disappointed. I ended purchasing a more expensive vehicle, lied to about the interest rate and finally experienced little to know follow up on my poor experience.

On two occasions they have left my vehicles leaking oil

On two occasions they have left my vehicles leaking oil from an oil change. The first one was a plug issue on my Sequoia and recently an issue where we found they oil filter was barely hanging on when we noticed the issue and we were completely out of oil on our Tundra. Waiting to talk to the dealership tomorrow. Extremely disappointed. Will be finding somewhere else to go for oil changes on our 3 Toyota vehicles.
