After my last visit, waiting 3 hours, I was supposed to
After my last visit, waiting 3 hours, I was supposed to get a call the following Tuesday to let me know if my parts were in to get them installed hopefully on Wednesday. My Service advisor didn’t call so I called on Tuesday, no parts yet. Called back weds, no parts yet, finally talked to advisor((David) who said he ordered the parts and would call me back in 20 mins. I called back 2 hrs later, my advisor had gone for the day but someone else checked and seen that parts was just ordered that day and should be in this coming Tuesday. So I guess I will call again this Tuesday and hope for the best!
