I had my car serviced last week .

I had my car serviced last week . I there was problem with my car . I had return and service Advisor JoJo was great . And manger Scotty was helpful getting me fixed up and out of service in no time . Thank you as always I’m satisfied with the service

It was very easy to make an appointment for the time and date I needed. I arrived on time and was greeted in a kind and friendly manner. The service agent took my info and I was seated in a clean, spacious waiting area. My wait was 2 hrs which I felt was pretty normal. I used the restroom which again was very clean and well maintained. The charges for service had been explained at the service desk so there were no surprises at checkout. I am very pleased with this service.

Service reps do not call you back, when they say they

Service reps do not call you back, when they say they will, if it’s late in the day they don’t care:( My car was kept overnight but only causes I called to see why they didn’t let me know what was wrong till I called, One can leave all the messages through the day they don’t check voicemail so what’s the since one leaving messages!! The line one has to wait to pay your bill is just a line they don’t acknowledge you and everyone is on the phone, I don’t get that, you would think they would want your money:( Labor and cost is highly very expensive….the only good experience they have is the the courtesy van!!!

Gave me a special, for which I am quite thank full as I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. Service was great, staff friendly, pleasant and competent. Advised items that are coming due, but no pressure to have them done right away, since there's a range of mileage they can be done . Only negative was it took a little longer than they indicated it would.

My experience with Corpus Christi Autonation

I recently purchased a used car from here and from the beginning I was having problems with it. The salesman (Eli) and (Mike) in the service department tried all they could to make things right. The dealership actually bought back the car and Eli found me another one which I am very happy with. I would like to say that Eli and Mike are great assets to your business and that they were always polite and helpful to me.Would recommend you to anyone.
