So when a wrong part was installed, it was a problem tracing who made the mistake. Maybe the technicians need to double check their work.

Art worked with me when I came in for a 60,000 mile check for my Hylander. He kept me informed on time for servicing and let us know about shuttle service available while we waited. That worked out great. Other employees were very helpful when I had a question and Art wasn’t at his desk right at that time. Really appreciated their help as well. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend their service center!
