The service advisor was very cooperative and professional. She explained my battery options and cost. One of the advisors took time after the installationto help in setting up the display. The shuttle ride was very convenient and the driver was very receptive and efficient. Overall experience was positive.

No problems with service adviser but noticed engine...
No problems with service adviser but noticed engine started smoking on drive home. Checked under hood to find oil spilled all over engine. Found greasy boot prints all over driver floor map. Paid $$$ for oil change and had to clean up a big mess too!! Going to Mike Shaw next time!!!!

Terrible garage service they do not do the services on...
Terrible garage service they do not do the services on rotation of tires they lie to you saying you need to buy new tire that the one you have is unfixable when I took it somewhere else and got it fixed for 20.00 verses buying a new tire from them that was the only option they gave me. Now they want to know how many stars I will give them. Not even one. I love Toyota cars trucks but the problem falls to the back garage where there not being supervised.

I always service my vehicles at Autonation the only downfall is that the communication has gone down lately. They don’t keep you informed. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am for a simple balance of my tires. I was not able to pick it up until 6pm. I called twice and left a message twice for my service advisor with no return callback. It wasn’t until I called to speak with a manager that I finally received a response. Then she was rude about the whole situation. I understand if you’re busy that day but just keep me informed, that’s all I ask.

Took our truck for a recall and they got it all fixed without any issues. I definitely would recommend. We will be coming back if the need arises
