Even though things seemed hectic when I walked in, Jake did a great job of taking care of me. He was clear about expectations for when my car would be ready and called me as he had promised. When I arrived to pick it up, he remembered me and got everything taken care of in a quick manner. Thanks Jake!

Very satisfied with the service I received on my car. Steve Morin took care of my car and had it ready on a timely manner. The shuttle service came to pick me up at work and took me to get my car when it was ready for pick up.

Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change they said would take less than 2 hours. Other than that it was fine. Waiting room was comfortable.
