Appt was for oil change and tire rotation. They only did...

Appt was for oil change and tire rotation. They only did the latter in the 90 plus minutes that I waited. Still need this service but will have to return later. Also was told I needed additional work and had to order parts myself the following day. The service rep could not tell me if my car was even safe to drive since mechanic had just left for the evening. I called her the following and left a voicemail; she has not returned my call. I did order the parts needed since the issue seemed concerning to me, but parts won’t be in for a week. I’m hoping since I was not offered a rental, that the issue is mild at the moment and my car is safe to drive. Never heard back from service rep. For future services after resolving this current one, I plan to find a different mechanic or even drive out of town to get quality service and responsive customer service. I’m giving this provider 2 stars because the reps were nice even if they were not informative and did not ensure I received the service for which I had booked an online appt designating oil change as the reason.

I bought this vehicle and was under the assumption that...

I bought this vehicle and was under the assumption that tires would be rotated on each visit. The fluids were to be topped off at each visit and none of these things are being done.

Tyrone was the best. He took the time to answer all my questions. After my previous experience with another dealership on my last car purchase, I was not an easy customer, I'm sure. He was very patient. I have never owned a Toyota so I am hoping I have made the right choice. I have been told by many, I have.

Was notified by e-mail it was time for my free 24 month...

Was notified by e-mail it was time for my free 24 month service. Told the service advisor that I would waiting at the dealership ( also when I made the appointment that I would be waiting for the service ) Four hours later I went to check on my car and found out it had been ready two hours before. The advisor didn't want to walk to the waiting room ( fifty feet away ) to tell me it was finished
