Great experience!
No haggling made the process clean, fast and hassle free. Salesman was great to work with and the whole process was pretty quick. We knew what we wanted for our trade, they gave us that without issue and at first swing. We knew what we wanted to pay, and that was what was on the windshield. Overall great experience for car buying.

Easy, fast and friendly
Our sales person, David Wickwar, was very easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the autos and not pushy. I like the set pricing, no haggle deals they have implemented as well. Overall, our experience with Auto Nation was pleasant. We will be recommending David and Auto Nation to family and friends looking to purchase and automobile.

Will not return, service department scary
Dropped my vehicle off for vibration at highway speeds and pulsation in the brake pedal when slowing down. Made the appt. 2 days in advance, but my vehicle sat for over 24 hours before even getting looked at, with no communication from Autonation. The problem was blamed on warped rotors caused by my "large tires" that are STOCK SIZE. Front rotors were turned. Vibration was worse, and had a loud thumping noise from the front that could be felt throughout the vehicle. Called the service department immediately to report this possibly unsafe condition only to be told that nothing could be done until the following week. My vehicle was unusable over the weekend, and returned to the service department first thing Monday morning. The vehicle was picked back up that afternoon, with a new rotor since the run-out on the recently turned rotor was worse than before my first visit. The interior trim has significant scratches and the vibration at highway speeds is worse than before the first visit. Will not return to this dealer, even if I have to drive out of town to another dealer. Do not go to Autonation Toyota in Corpus Christi, TX for service. On a positive note, the dealership was clean and looked professional.

Do not recommend this dealership
Purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry which by the way we got an excellent price on. It is the little things that just irked me. First and foremost, we got the car late in the evening. After I signed the paperwork, I got on the highway only to find out I had twenty miles left on the car. In other words, there was no gas in the car! Secondly, I get to the military installation and get pulled over because the temporary registration was expired. This was all when the sales agent told us everything "was good and taken care of". I can admit that I should have checked all this, but once again this was nine in the evening and I was ready to drive home an hour away. At that point, I just wanted to go home. Although we got a great price, definitely do not recommend going here. A few days later and our tags plates come in. My wife picks it up at the dealership. Sure enough, the salesman takes his time to go the bathroom and does not even offer to put on the plates. Completely unprofessional and no regards to customer service. Do not recommend having Mark Beverly as salesman.
