I was able to get my oil change on the date and time frame I requested. I received excellent customer service from Nathan. He keeps me informed and knowledgable about services needed for my vehicle.

Normal service done on my vehicle. Nothing stood out as great or not great.

Scotty Evans is the best! He keeps you updated and gets stuff done! We love him.

The only complaint that I have is that the complimentary car wash is not done any more! Or is it? The last two maintenance services did not have it done!

Great buying experience. Laredo didn't seem eager to get what we wanted (2016 Highlander LEPlus). AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi went out of their way to get me the Highlander we wanted. My wife's favorite color is blue and even though they did not have it in stock they went ahead and they got it for us and that is what I call "customer Service". The salesperson (David) was very courteous and helpful. Even though most of the transactions were done online, when we got to the dealership, our vehicle was ready to go. He went ahead and explained the instrumentation and other highlights of the vehicle. He seem eager to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. We are sure to recommend David and the dealership to family and friends. Thank You David and AutoNation Toyota.

I appreciated the good experience while deciding which car was appropriate for me. My salesperson tried to match the car to my wants. He certainly did find THE car. Wish I would have felt comfortable with my financial situation to buy the car. Give me another year or two.

Justin Bourdon and Donnie Bregman were fantastic - couldn't have asked for better or more knowledgeable staff. We were able to get top value on our trade-in and they gave us a great purchase price. Justin was so professional, yet really easy to talk to and very thorough.. He was able to answer any and all questions we had about the vehicle. He also showed me how to operate everything from my navigation to helping me set up my bluetooth. I have been purchasing brand new vehicles for more than 25 years and I have to say this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had, hands down. sales people are so good. But service is so bad. i had free service because i bought new car. They never checked the tire pressure. but paper shows they tested and everything ok. my tire pressure below 30 for all tires. Not happy with service they give. if you have please check your car tire pressure before and after service.

Detailing could have been better. But the buying process was easy and less time comsuming than expected. Everything was good.

Salesman was quick in response and friendly and demonstrated the car sufficiently follow-up was good timing was right-on
