This has been by far, the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle at AutoNation Toyota of Corpus Christi!! My salesman and friend, Paul Beaudoin took his time to help me find the right minivan. Paul went out of his way to make sure my family had all the features needed, since we have a disabled son, and we needed certain options to meet his needs. Everyone got involved from the GM (Jeff Amidon), Sales Manager (Albert Castro), Finance director (Cooper Prince) to assure that I received the best rate and deal and met my families needs. I do appreciate it very much for the staff at AutoNation Toyota of CC who went far and beyond, words cannot express!! I came into auto nation Corpus Christi to kill some time... I ended up trading in my 15 year old truck that u got nearly $6000 in trade it was crazy. All that towards my new to me.. 2012 tacoma Trd sport. The salesman G.R Serna was excellent, he was straight to the point on what was needed from me and made the process so easy all I did was sit there and he gave me an answer and the deal went from there. The finance guy was awesome even the GM introduced himself to me. I came back to get my truck undercoated and same great service as I received a rental car to return back to work. Awesome place.

My wife and I were interested in a Toyota Highlander. I know this review is over due but it was worth it. They had a great selection and my sales person(LUPE) was freaking awesome he worked with us for a over a week to get us what we wanted for our trade and the vehicle we wanted He even showed back up to work after he had already left for the day to help us. That is what I call customer service. Everyone there made us feel welcome and like family. I will be recommending Lupe and his sales staff to everyone that asks me about our new vehicle. Looked online curious about getting out of lease to on option, received a call the next morning from Marc Diaz. I told him exactly what I was looking for and when I got there for my appointment he was helping someone else and got Arnold Balboa to show me cars selected. I had told Marc I would like a white Toyota corolla, dark interior, cruise control and all electric. The first car Arnold took me too had it all and some! I didn't even have to look at another car, and I have to say I have had Corollas before but the 2015 are just awesome!!!! Also Alex Chapa whom made the deal complete was great pleasure wrapping up the sale and Anthony finalizing the paper work. I've been with Toyota since 2006 and wouldn't want to trust any dealership more. We went into AutoNation on Memorial Day, an extremely busy day for car shopping. We were greeted by Brad who took the time to really get to know us. He drove us to multiple lots because we were looking into purchasing a used Hummer. The few we saw we weren't interested in for one reason or another. Brad told us he knew the perfect vehicle for our family and it's wasn't yet on the sales lot it was in the back. The second we saw it, a decked out Ford Expedition, we knew that was it. Brad worked us into a great deal and the next day we drove home in it. We never considered a Ford, but thank God for Brad. We are beyond pleased with the vehicle and it is a perfect fit for our family and fit right I to our budget with an extended warranty. Everyone involved was so kind and accommodating. If you're in Corpus stop in and see Brad at Toyota AutoNation. If he doesn't have what you're looking for he'll find it and you won't be disappointed!

Great sales experience. Lupe was helpful and responsive, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He was not pushy, and he respected that we had already done lots of homework. By the time we got to the lot we knew what we were looking for, and he understood that and guided us well. Great service + fair price = happy customer.
