Mark set me up with a new car. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove in from San Antonio to buy an old car, and he set me up with a newer at cheaper payments for me, which I liked. Only change I could make, I wish I had the new car smell. Since I changed decisions last minute, they didn't have time to clean and detail the car, but it was already very clean. There weren't any floor mats in my car so Mark personally went and got me some out of another Corolla so I didn't have to do without. Great guy and I would recommend him to anyone.

Went over to toyota autonation, looking for a new toyota camry. Did some negotiating, the next day, got the deal that I wanted, the next day I was driving my brand new 2014, toyota camry home. It was the absolute best feeling ever!

All I can say is, "Wow"! We were blown away by our experience at AutoNation Toyota. I dread going car shopping. In fact, usually I tell my husband what I want and he goes and spends an exhausting day at a dealership. He talked me into going this time and I was sooooo impressed from the moment we walked in! The atmosphere when we walked in was friendly and enthusiastic. Several people greeted us and asked us how they could help us. You can truly tell that they make great customer service a priority. Lupe was our salesman and he was great. He listened to want we wanted, spent hours with us test driving and answered all of our questions. He was patient, knowledgable and worked hard to make sure our car buying experience was perfect. Everybody we came in contact with from the service department to finace made us feel comfortable and important. When the car we decided on wasn't in stock, Jeff the General Manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a solution. They worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted and more. I could go on and on but the bottom line is we received EXCEPTIONAL service and will be going back for our next car!
