I had such a bad experience with another local dealer that I swore I would never buy another Ford. My sister, aunt and cousin all have RAV 4's so I was familiar with the vehicle and how wonderful it is. I found a RAV 4 online, arranged independent financing and then went to the dealership to test drive the car. I truly appreciated JJ as a salesman. He was open and honest with me, not aggressive, and with the attitude of "let's work together to find you the car that is right for you". The entire experience was quick and pleasant - not at all what I expected in buying a car. And their final touch, which I did not notice until I was driving home in my new RAV4, they had turned RAV4 radio on to the station I was listening to in the car I traded in to them. It cost them nothing to do that, but it showed me that they paid attention to even the littlest detail and were going to do what they could to make me comfortable and happy.

Last year I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry from AutoNation in Corpus Christi. I thought it was an excellent vehicle, perfect for driving around for work and visiting family. A few months ago, while traveling late at night, I fell asleep at the wheel. I woke up. Alive. The airbags were deployed and I was alive. I opened the door and simply walked out. I couldn't believe how lucky I was and just how fortunate I was to be in my Camry. As soon as I could, I went back to AutoNation to make my next purchase. I trust Toyota with my with life. Now, thanks to Marc Diaz, I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Toyota Camry. Marc and the rest of the crew there made me feel welcomed and comfortable while making my purchase.
