Good morning, When I picked up my car (I requested a diagnosis), I noticed that several of its documents, along with my personal documents, had been removed from the glove compartment and left on the floor. Some of them were damaged. Additionally, all the floor covers that were handled were left open and without the carpet. To make matters worse, my car has now started overheating. I would take my car again on the weekend so that I wouldn't be without a car during the week (work), however, I’m very disappointed with this experience and seriously reconsidering bringing my car back. In addition to being a lack of respect for a Buick customer.

Another great, 5star experience!!! So I had a scheduled appointment to wait at the dealership for an oil change, tire repair and a concern I had about the performance of my vehicle. My advisor Peyton, was awesome, able to get the foreman and whom also advised me,Tony, to ride with me and ask about my concerns shortly after I arrived. After taking my vehicle to the back, the technician Travis, did an inspection and was able to find other issues that needed attention. So I was able to get the repairs done all at once. Which was great cause of my busy schedule. Peyton was very knowledgeable and quick to give updates, quotes and time frame of repairs needed. I was impressed with the lead cashier Kimberly, who listened in on our conversation and although I had expected to wait, she was able to come up with a solution for a day rental so I could get the rest of my errands done and pick up my kids after school. What a team!!! Thank you Covert Buick GMC

?The dealership charged me 250 dollars to diagnose my car, but they couldn?t find the problem and thought the transmission was the issue.? ?And they offered to open the transmission and check it for 900 dollars. If it needed replacement, the total cost would be 9000 dollars.? ?Because I didn?t accept that, I took my car to another shop.? ?Another shop checked my car and found that it didn?t have a transmission problem. It just had an engine misfire, and they fixed it for 500 dollars.? ?When I went back to the dealership and told them they misdiagnosed the problem and asked for a refund, they didn?t accept it and didn?t return my money.?

I had an outstanding experience at the dealership. I arrived around 5:30 PM and left with my new vehicle by 8:00 PM. I had the pleasure of working with Saul, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I provided him with specific details of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the features of my new GMC Yukon Denali and ensured I was comfortable with its various functions. I am beyond pleased with my experience and thrilled with my new vehicle. I rated them 1 only because they had inventory.
I rated them 1 only because they had inventory. That said their business ethics is 0. They took advantage of inventory supply & upcharged msrp by 10+ percent, (unprecedented). They also have several “add on” dealer fees, some of which I doubt are legal. (The product/service may be legal but the way it’s marketed/sold is shady at best). I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again.
