Waste of time
This company solicited me multiple times to try and come and buy a used car I was not looking to trade my car in they convinced me through phone calls and messages that they could help me get a new car to my surprise they couldn't really without a $700 a month car payment because I'm self-employed I can only be approved for a $700 car payment a month or more unbelievable what a waste of my time and they damaged my credit score

These are not honorable people
The story is too long and I’m frankly done with this truck and this dealership after 5 months of ownership buying new, and repeated trips to work out a variety of issues with the vehicle. These people are not honorable and they do not provide assistance to the customer if it requires effort on their part. Fortunately, Carmax is willing to give me 4K more than Covert to offload this dog, despite having bought it from Covert. Last GMC product and last interaction ever with Covert anything for me. Avoid.

Run away! Go anywhere but Covert. From the sales person...
Run away! Go anywhere but Covert. From the sales person who was not very competent and could not seem to get anything done, to the finance guy who just thought we would take any interest rate. All of the run around was exhausting and infuriating after over 5 hours to buy a car. This after being told all our paperwork was in order several days before we even showed up to purchase the car. I won’t even go into the headache of getting an equity check from them. Again- I don’t recommend Covert at all. Worst car buying experience of my life.

I had a bad experience from this dealership. when I drop...
I had a bad experience from this dealership. when I drop my car for barke pads and rotors replacement they told me we will put factory original GM products and give me a price. I said ok, after I picked up my car I find out they put mid grade inferior brakes and rotors not GM factory original. I was disappointed i make a phone call to talk to the manager and they said he is busy.I been told he will give me a call back and took my number but nobody call me back.
