Awesome

Glenn was awesome. I was towed in on a Friday night, so nothing could be done until Monday. The part was very hard to come by, but I was happy with Glenn's explanation and concern. I stressed the fact that I am a mobile massage therapist and rely on my car to make money. Him and Joanna went right to work on getting me a loaner car - saved my life! Thanks guys!!

outstanding..

OUTSTANDING!! My new (2016) Ford Transit work van was having an Engine fault, service now issue. I had it towed to Covert Ford & Scotty had it repaired the SAME DAY!! My warranty took care of everything! They Rocked it!! That is my work van, so every minute it is out of commission, I don't make money. So it is very important it was repaired right away. Beyond 100 Thank you's!

great customer service

Joey has been an angel helping me out with my recall. I was originally mistold information by another team member and I came in crying to Joey, and he took me seriously and solved my problem directly. He got an appointment scheduled for me with a loaner car, even though the recall only took one business day (not even a full one). Everyone has been so friendly and Joey has made a difference in my first experience with Covert Ford Lincoln. I greatly appreciate his patience and understanding!

good service

Price is good, waiting room is good, I like the workstations - it did take 3 hours which is extremely long for a tire rotation and oil change. -I would have liked to be able to set an appt
