We can't say enough about Thorne and all he did for us. We came to the dealership with no expectations and really not ready to purchase just yet. Thorne made our experience so easy and comfortable, that the decision to purchase became before vacation or after. Before won because of his honesty and no pressure approach. He never resorted to the traditional sales pitch or pressure. With the number of vehicles we have purchased, he is THE BEST at what he does and is knowledgeable on the vehicles. There is finally a car salesman that I would refer friends and family to. Thorne, understands it is about building a relationship and not just the money he could make on the sale. Thorne bring integrate to Covert Ford. Thorne has even taken time after the sale to make sure we have no additional questions or need help with any of the systems. Took so long to get back with us that they sold the car out from under us after we had gotten as far as getting insurance checked. But what's even better is that they did this not once, but TWICE, in a row! Absolutely unacceptable.
