Terrible service
I'm not sure how these positive reviews got out here. When I purchased my truck I told them service was important. They assured me timely service or a loaner car oils be provided. Soon after that the loaners went away and were replaced with a rental center if I wanted to rent a car. They then told me if I scheduled my service online it would expedite service. I did this only to find it's still first come first serve. I was then told to be there at 7 am to get in first. I was there at shortly after 7 and it's a 4 hour wait to get oil changed and to have them look at my transition I will have to come back in two days and hope to get time with their transition guy. Last time I came in he was off for the day. This is unfortunate as I really like my ford truck but I'm done doing business with covert.

Repair of car door latch
The sales people were especially helpful in getting my car repair set up (I don't have the salesman's card on me right now, but he was very helpful - I got to the dealership around 7 p.m.), and getting me a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired.

oil change
I have been having almost all of the oil changes done at Cover since I got the 2009 F-150. A week or so after the last oil change, I made a long distance drive to Southern Illinois, fighting a 20-30 MPH headwind most of the time. I usually don't check the oil between oil changes but due to the driving conditions, I checked it when I reached my destination. I was surprised that it was almost 1/2 qt. low. I checked it again when I got home and it was still at the same level. This leads me to believe that it was already low when I left the dealership. I will continue to have my oil changed there but will definitely check the oil before I leave.

Easy, quick, efficient service.
Service appt was easily set up online and drop off options help with a key drop. Very convenient. Adam was great to deal with. All problems resolved except they could'nt get the engine to mimick the noise it started making recently. Adam suggested if it starts up again, drop by and pick him up and he'll do a ride along. We'll do that for sure.

Trustworthy, Honest
