Courteous, attentive service

My service associate was very courteous and tentative to my needs. The service manager handled an issue I had quickly and to my satisfaction

Ford Escape

They were able to find the right vehicle for me. An excellent price with discounts from Ford. They did an approved loan thru my credit union with a low interest rate. I was able to test drive various levels of the vehicle I bought. Helped me make my decision plus the vehicle I bought I couldn't be happier with. I am truly enjoying my Ford Escape SE.

Best Experience Ever

I worked out a good bit online before I went into the dealership so once I arrived there, it was actually easy to get it all done. I was in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours....great experience.

Great service, great staff

From Laurie: Linda was terrific: caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and great follow-up. The job was done earlier than expected. The Hertz car and service were satisfactory, but I missed my Escape -- glad to have it back and safe!

Great sales rep, easy to work with.

Excellent drop-in service

I was able to arrive without an appointment, and even though there were many other people waiting for service, I didn't wait any more than 5 minutes before a service professional reached me and asked what I needed. I was very impressed.

Great Service

The consultant, Trevor, who helped me out was very good, very knowledgeable and I would not only recommend Covert Ford but would recommend dealing with Trevor, I got what I wanted, loved the insurance policy and loved that if I wanted custom work, I can go back anytime. Trevor made me feel very comfortable and made me feel realxed to know I was making the right purchase
