Excellent customer service, buying process excellent, financing excellent I would highly recommend to purchase a vehicle af Covert Ford. Great Deals and Service

I came in for service on my Ford cMax Hybrid 2013. Donnie, my service writer, was fantastic. Got me in and out quick and took time to hear what was bothering me and needed attention. THEN - I ended up TRADING for a NEW 2016 Ford cMax Hybrid. All in all, it was a great experience. Thorne Smith in sale and all that participated including the FINANCE group were all fantastic and also considerate of my time and needs. Hurray to ALL at Covert Ford. .. Doug Row

Clean Facilities

Brian has helped me purchase 3 vehicles within the last year and a few months. He helped us out in every way possible by answering all of our questions and most importantly not being a pushy aggressive salesman. I plan on coming back in before the end of the year to purchase a new Ford SuperDuty but only from Brian.

Great...

Mark Hanes is a great sales rep and makes sure to give each customer his undivided attention. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. My one complaint is there isn't anywhere to seat when waiting on the sales floor. Thanks
