I bought a used truck here last year, my experience overall was great! I recommended AutoNation to my friend who was looking for a truck. We stopped in today to look at a truck we saw on their website. John Cuellar helped us immediately when we walked in. He was friendly, expalined more than we knew to ask, and gave us a great deal. They do a full service check and detail before handing over your newly purchased vehicle. I will be recommending AutoNation to all my friends!

El servicio podr�a ser mucho mejor. Al final mejoro, pero el d�a que compr� el auto no revisaron que todo funcionara. La persona de los n�meros no me explico de que era cada cargo que me hac�an, el primer d�a sal� con muy mal sabor de boca, ya despu�s que regrese mejor� el servicio.

I was Lost but Now I'm Found at Auto Nation!
I made an appointment online to test drive a Subaru Forester at AutoNation but misunderstood and went to the wrong location. The salesman who met me at the door called the other location to let them know I was lost and cancelled the appointment for me. He asked me what I was looking for and my price point. At that point I had been looking for weeks both online and at dealerships. He listened well , identified three cars and brought me a 2022 Mazda CX5 with 11,000 miles on it and all the safety features I was looking for below my price limit. We drove it, he had my hybrid trade in evaluated and I got exactly what I needed and drove it home that evening. While I was waiting to finalize the transaction, I realized I hadn't eaten all day, and Andy took me to a nearby drive thru to get food before my blood sugar tanked. I went in lost with very little hope of finding my car and left with exactly the car I had been looking for. I couldn't be happier that I was lost and found my car at Auto Nation, South Austin.

New car purchase went as expected. Vehicle was delivered on the exact date expected. Deduct one star for poorly disclosed appearance protection options with no chance to decline.
