I ended up buying a car model I was unfamiliar with

I ended up buying a car model I was unfamiliar with because the salesman recommended it and it has been working out great so far, it matches my needs for a vehicle and the salesman also went above and beyond to accommodate me, at the time I didn't have transportation and he was able to arrange a ride home for me at his own expense, the sales team was also very patient with me as I had made a mistake on my end that delayed the sale, overall the sales team really went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me and I'm very satisfied with the car as well as the car buying experience

i arrived at 7am,car was rated at 2 and sent to oil change area, at 10am i saw my car parked and the paperwork placed on the serv adv desk. the advr was not at the desk. the adviser did not go to his desk for at leasthalf hour. i asked about the car and was told i was to be notified when ready. i waited but no one came, i then went to advr desk and i was met by the advsr and was given my key and leftthe area.

Outstanding Service

Outstanding service experience. Service Advisor, Tony Do, extended a genuine welcome; gathered the necessary information of a first time customer efficiently; gave me a time estimate for completion of my requested service so that I could plan accordingly and delivered the car even sooner. The waiting room and the restroom were clean and neat.
