Very friendly and easy to work with. Clearly still a business first, but it was a positive buying experience and I feel like everything was transparent and accommodating.

I was in the market for another Suv, so I started looking

I was in the market for another Suv, so I started looking online. After a few minutes, I located the Suv at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. The next day, I talked briefly with the sales representative by the name of Jacob. A couple of days later, I went to the dealership and met with Jacob. After working with Jacob and Daniel, the process was smooth and stress free. I left the dealership with a nice deal. Greatly appreciated for the closing that Daniel was able to finalize with my car payment and warranty deal. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Toyota recall repair to the headlights so the vehicle

Toyota recall repair to the headlights so the vehicle wont catch on fire. 1st appt set they did not have the part so that was a waste of time. One would think they would have the part before setting an appt for a recall repair. 2nd appt went smooth and done while I waited 2 hours in the lobby.

Services I requested were done but took 6 hours as items out lined not requested amounted to over $10k I only wanted oil change coolant and brake flush battery cable tightened and low tire pressure addressed. Cable tightening not done nor tire pressure problem
