First time! I was quick and the staff was great. The waiting area was nice But I chose to walk the area around and it was perfect . A little exercise while I waited!

Autonation Toyota South Austin recently replaced a broken shift grommet for me on an old but clean and good condition Toyota Corolla. It took quite a while because the trans had to come out first. They did wprk me in without an appointment which I appreciated tremendously. Car came from San Antonio missing two plate screws which I requested from my advisor Epi, but the service bay overlooked them. Once I get them I can put them on myself without any difficulty. Because they built a new Service building waiting for a finished job is a pleasure.. It is large and fresh regardless how many are waiting. Everyone has treated me with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Toyotas are the best cars on the road; would not buy anything else. Autonation Toyota in south Austin makes having your car serviced a PIECE OF CAKE.

I had an appointment for 9:15 and arrived a bit early but was still greeted immediately by a courteous young man who took my information and connected me with my service rep. It was all very easy. I enjoyed my time having coffee and surfing the internet in your comfortable waiting area. The car was ready, and I was on the road before noon. A very pleasant experience! I look forward to my next visit.
