John at Autonation was a pleasure to work with. We really felt like he was looking after our best interest. He took the time to understand our parameters and that we were helping our son buy his first car. He talked us out of what we were originally looking for and helped us see the benefits of buying an older model Toyota due to the prior owner's good maintenance habits and their great reliability records. The price was fair and there was no haggling. And even after the sale, John stayed in touch with us daily as the dealership got the car serviced, detailed and had an aftermarket radio installed. I would gladly recommend Autonation and John Cuellar

Not happy with Toyota AutoNation! Bad on so many levels! Why make an appointment if the wait is going to be two hours.

The people there were very nice.
The people there were very nice. The appointment was for 9:20 but at 12:00 they still had not changed the oil. Also the FJ was throwing codes so after the oil change they were going to look into the codes. They did give me a discount because they did not get the oil changed in a timely manner. I don't believe they even looked at the codes because what the mechanic suggested was the same as what had just been done to the FJ a month prior. They never looked at the service that already had been done to the FJ. They recommended a service to fix the high idle which was still a problem even those it had been done the previous month but was still an issue. After driving the FJ for a week it is now throwing the same codes.... Not happy that I spent close to $300 and it is still throwing the same codes.

Worth the drive
Stephen and his team were great. Allowed to inspect the vehicle with mechanic. Austin’s a pleasant place and the folks here were a good match

TERRIBLE, disorganized service department
I had a SCHEDULED appointment for routine maintenance that ended up only being rotating the tires. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. They kept me sitting in their unpleasant and overcrowded waiting room for FOUR HOURS. On top of that, the drink & snack machines in the waiting area are way overpriced- not nice for customers you hold captive for so long.

I’m a teacher and teaching is challenging these days…Lucky for me Tony at AutoNation took care of getting my car fixed so that I could concentrate on ending semester on a positive note with my students.
