Guy is a piece of xxxx turned back the miles on a car e we bought and it didn’t pan out!!! Do not buy from these people!!!!

I’ve bought a lot of cars from them and will buy a lot more. Just like anything else you buy. Look them over and have them checked out. The bargains are there

My son test drove a car there ran perfect on the day of the test drive. After purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on on the drive home on the same day. We called the auto dealership and asked them to look at it because the check engine light came back on. We went to an auto parts store and had a diagnostic done on the car. We were told it was a Catalytic converter. We called Hawkeye auto and ask them to look at it and fix it. They agreed they would order the part and fix it as long as my son paid for part. They had the car for three days and said they fixed it with the part that was ordered. The day after they claimed it was fixed the check engine light came on the very next day. My son took the car to a different dealership and they told him that the Cadillac converter was the problem. Now my son has to pay another mechanic $2000 to fix the same part.

very poor..they made it sound great until I wanted it then was told it was not in condition to deliver it

Should’ve done more research on the dealer. I would advise everyone to do that before buying from these people. Oh and the transmission went out within 40 miles.

Sales person was not friendly and did not know anything about the vehicle I was looking at. He was quite a rude person! And the vehicle was over priced!

AWFUL is what I have to say. Everything there is straight junk and they have no problems ripping you off. Very rude salesman that can't look you in the eye because he is like a politician (liar). Dealership is right color and should be called lemon auto not Hawkeye auto.

Bought a 09 Nissan Altima. Worked great for one month. Brakes were really bad. Needed a new alternator a week later, has a radiator leak and broken sway-bar. And those are just the things we know about so far. Took my daughter through the lot about a week after purchasing as she was looking for a used car. The same salesman approached us, we asked him about several cars and his response to each one was, “you don’t want that one” and proceeded to tell us what was wrong with it. xxx, has to be because she is young and pretty. I do not recommend anyone buy a car from this place.

Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend.. Staff is knowledgeable and a no nonsense approach to your repair. I would recommend you use them, you won’t be disappointed..

I bought a Subaru Tribeca from here in August 2020 my daughters car had just been totaled out by another vehicle in front of our house we paid 3500 for this car in cash and not even a month later the engine is blown turned out there was oil leaking somewhere around the oil pan not to mention we had to replace the thermostat right before that and the ac was leaking inside the vehicle before that all of this in a one month period from a place that said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and when i got the title in the mail it said extensive damage to which I also was not notified this place is a joke I do not recommend
