Mr. Workman. We began the process of getting you a car loan on the 5/4/20 and it took until 5/15/20 to complete the deal. Much longer than usual sin...ce nothing you presented was acceptable to the banks without explanations and exceptions. Still we decided to work with you to help you get the car you wanted. 1. You and a friend picked up the car and left here elated. After getting the car inspected by your mechanic, you returned to tell me there was a leak in the rear main seal. At Access Auto, we inspect every car before it leaves the lot. I told you that we just replaced the rear main seal, and suggested your mechanic take another look. Problem solved. 2. You called back upset that you were not on any of the paper work. You thought that we somehow put the car in your friend's name without your name showing up anywhere. I gave you all the copies again and showed you both names on everything. Problem solved. 3. Finally, you called me and demanded I come to your house to see "what's wrong with the Jeep." I asked you to tell me what the problem was". You said that it rained and your jeep is full of water and "I better fix it." Since it is a removable hardtop, I suggested that you may have loosened one of the levers that hold the roof on. You insisted that nobody touched anything on the top and "I better fix it". Prior to your purchase, the jeep has been on our outdoor lot (sometimes in the rain) for two months. It has never leaked a drop. You've had the car for three weeks and in the third week the roof springs a leak? Again, I offer to help and suggest you bring the jeep over and I will help you secure your top properly. Instead, you come to our office without the jeep and demand that I come to your house. When I refuse you tell me to move my "BLACK A ". I have gone above and beyond to help you, as I do all of my customers. However, this kind of speak/behavior is unacceptable at Access Auto or any business for that matter. You are not welcome here, please do not return. I suggest other dealers beware of you.
They are some scammers, please don’t go here. Turning off check engine lights just to get you to buy. Manager has a bad attitude. Avoid this place!
