Everything was pain free and handled in a reasonable timeliness. They got me the next day from calling for needing to schedule for maintenance. Came and got the truck and brought it back. Aswell as giving me a detailed findings report and included a easy to access interface to view e report and select services based on said report.

We ordered new tires for my Mustang.
We ordered new tires for my Mustang. Brought the car in as scheduled. Wife was given ride home while tires installed. Came to house and took wife back to dealership. Tires were are great price. Installed, balanced and car aligned. Great job. We will be back and tell our friends.

I’m very please with Shamaleys service department.when another Ford dealership on the west side of El Paso told me they would take 15 days to even look at my vehicle, Shamaley had the full issue resolved in 3 days. My service advisor Jerry was great and provided me with all the information needed and had great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Haven’t bought a car in over 15 years and the process
Haven’t bought a car in over 15 years and the process back then was very time consuming. Here, it wasn’t like that. Once the truck was selected, it took really no time to get out the door with a brand new truck. Thank you for making buying a car painless.
