I had requested a full car detailing alongside my service

I had requested a full car detailing alongside my service with my Advisor Daniel . The advisor was mostly incommunicado but kept on adding more servicing work to be done. I requested a pick up service from my home. The car was picked up very late and then it was kept for almost two days. It returned smelling so bad, it worse off than when it left my garage, Absolutely no detailing was done and there were stains all over the seats., I called the service rep Daniel so many times he wouldn’t pick my calls so I escalated to a Manager who was quick to blame it on the detailing company & indignantly offered me a refund for detailing when I refused she said they’ll pick it up again for detailing but there’s no vehicle for me to use for my family for another 24hours. I basically had to beg for a loaner and that wasn’t forthcoming, I’m disappointed that after using my money to uber & Lyft for almost 2 days I’m treated in this manner. . I’m really upset and dissatisfied. Ford just wasted my time and money for a simple request.

Never had a problem getting my truck serviced at this

Never had a problem getting my truck serviced at this garage. Jerry helped us with what we needed and also helped us to get a rental while my truck was being serviced for a couple of days.

This is the second time I've gone fur service and have

This is the second time I've gone fur service and have waited over 3 hours even with an appointment. Very bad customer service in your service department 😞. I drive an hour to get my new truck serviced and have been very disappointed twice.

Took vehicle in for servicing.

Took vehicle in for servicing. While it was inconvenient to have to waits for parts and installation, taking 1 1/2 weeks, the overall endpoint was superb, looking and running like a brand new car. Chuy Rosales was our service advisor and did everything he could to help us, explaining the vehicle status with each step. He was a tremendous help, going above and beyond.

Took the raptor for service and after completing the job

Took the raptor for service and after completing the job they parked it until I asked my service rep why wasn't I notified service was completed. Took the 40 mins to notify me.
