I recently took my 2019 Explorer in when the check engine light came on, and I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Wade as my service advisor. Aaron was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done to get my vehicle repaired and back to me as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated the daily updates on parts and service progress, which kept me informed every step of the way. Aaron even went the extra mile by securing a part needed for a recall item, ensuring that it was also replaced before my vehicle was ready for pickup?all in less than a week!
