Took my car for maintenance service. I am impressed with the options provided to call or use website to schedule service appointment with service options. Additionally, to provide service for pickup of car at home, be given option to be taken and picked up at any time of the day is a plus. The service representative Mario Villanueva was prompt to assist with maintenance changes. I like to be given information beforehand to decide if I want to take advantage of additional recommended services when they do their multipoint inspection. These details makes the difference. I was impressed with the timely turnover. I will definitely continue to come have my car serviced.

I love the ease in scheduling a service appointment on my Ford App. Arrived early and even though there were several cars infront of me, it didn't take long for me to be on my way. My service adviser Jerrymyles was great he reminded me of my Ford points by asking me if I would be using them, which saved me some money. Also loved 😍 that I was surprised with a car wash.
