The minute I walked in I was welcomed not only by one service advisor but everyone around me, they made me feel so special and important, I received amazing service, this is the first time I take my truck for service at this location and the service manager Chuy Rosales made sure I was comfortable and happy while my truck was being serviced offering water, coffee and unlimited fountain drinks of my choice if this is not VIP service I don’t know what it is, at the end of my visit he sat with me and went over my invoice and answered every question I had. My visit was exceptional, the store General Manager Charlie Hassan was very attentive as well and surprised me with a beautiful Shamaley Ford special gift, overall I couldn’t be any happier with my visit, I will definitely continue visiting this location, may God Bless them all.
