Walk for routine oil change on a Thursday. Jake assisted me, was professional explained the wait time would be 2 hours. Waiting area was clean as always, comfortable, cold bottle water available, was a welcoming environment. My truck has finished within 2 hours and came back to me with a fresh wash.
