Kay was very helpful and thorough with making sure

Kay was very helpful and thorough with making sure everything was done correctly on my truck. She was also very understanding when voicing my concerns with the vehicle. She provided proactive checks and maintenance on my vehicle for the trip out of town I was taking as well.

Took my daughters 2018 Ford Focus for the works.

Took my daughters 2018 Ford Focus for the works. Shamaley Ford found some other items that required attention after I acknowledged they took care of them. They even gave the car a wash!

This is a great dealership to do all of your fords

This is a great dealership to do all of your fords mechanical work. They are very honest and will not try to up sell you on anything except the usual wipers and filters. I’ve done most of my major repairs, and they do great work. Highly recommend.

I bring my 2020 Ford F-150 here for service and am always

I bring my 2020 Ford F-150 here for service and am always treated great. The coffee is always hot and great. Only thing I tend to miss is getting my boots shined, because the guy that shines the shoes is not there. That is not the reason I come into Shamaley Fotd for service, it is because they always treat me right for a fair price. That is why they get my service on my other cars like the car I brought In today my 2024 Cadillac XT5 Sport. The Cadillac dealership wanted to get money for service and they do not care for the customer at all. So having my truck serviced at Shamaley why not my Cadillac. The mechanics know about Cadillac’s as well as they do the Fords and I trust them to do the right thing when it comes to maintenance on my XT5..

POOR customer service.

POOR customer service. Absolutely NO sense of urgency in the service department. NO accountability whatsoever. POOR communication. Will not do business with again.
