Bought Honda 2016 CRV on a below freezing day

I purchased my 2016 AWD Honda CRV on 12.17.16 when it was 5 degrees in Denver. Everything went smoothly. I had a great drive home in my new vehicle, no problems with getting stuck on the ice. The following Wednesday I brought the car in for Lojack and additional inside and outside protective coatings. Shuttle took me to and from work. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Ask for Daut or Steve

Bought my vehicle in Boulder, have come to Mile high Honda ever since (2011) for service. Worked with Steve and Daut, both courteous, professional, trustworthy. Service is dependable and I usually get straight answers, plus now a car wash! I keep coming back, and try to get the same service person to work on my car. I know they will give me straight answers. I am using this site to post my review because I do NOT want to be an Edmunds member!

Service - Computer upgrade

Fantastic! ..consistently over the past 5 years.

I hadn't been to Mile-Hi for a couple of years because we moved. I remembered my great experiences from before -- I even put in the service techs' first names into my phone notes so that I could request them the next time I came. But it wasn't necessary because every tech has been top notch, and it was again this time!

New Car Customer

Daniel Prevost, sales representative....Ruben Herrera, business mgr....George Black, sales mgr....all top-drawer. In particular, Daniel Prevost was a standout from our initial meeting to the closing. His product knowledge, customer instincts, and persistent but patient follow-up are rare qualities in today's rushed, sometimes callous, retail environment. Mile Hi Honda should not only actively seek to keep him....but clone him, as well. I have already recommended him and Mile Hi Honda to a friend. S. Keeney
