Chris Hays Rocks Take 2
We first worked with Chris on a Ford Focus ST. He made the purchase, easy, fun and no hassle. Sadly that vehicle was totaled so we returned with no trade, no money down, and no expectations after seeing how repeat customers were treated by other dealerships. Chris is the reason I am starting to enjoy buying cars. We ended up in a Fiesta this time and love it every bit as much as the Focus. We received if possible a higher level of service this second time through and will not be buying a car from any other dealership again! Work with Chris, avoid the run around of a traditional dealership, and know that you will get the BEST DEAL, on the BEST CAR, every SINGLE time!!

Willing to replace an expensive part at no cost
After a long while, the dealer ended up honoring my request to cover a warrantied part that was very expensive. I have not received the work yet, but will edit if not satisfactory.

Honest and upfront without being hassled
We worked with John Estrada. He was honest and transparent from the beginning with us without making us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and gave us a clear explanation of what to expect. I felt his experience and calm demeanor makes him a wonderful person to work with and I will recommend him to friends and family. Sill-Terhar has earned a repeat customer.

Givers not Takers
The Lamborghini dealer was contacted by a hospice nurse taking care of a friend of mine. He is a car lover and the nurse knew this from being with him. She acted own her own and called Sill-Terhar out of the blue. She explained my friends condition and his love of cars. No questions asked a salesman arrived at my friends house in a brand new Lamborghini and took him out on a good ride. The smile on his face was priceless. The action of the nurse and Sill-Terhar sending that car over were over the top and just plain outstanding. The car dealer had nothing to gain from this action. It was a pure action of the heart. I for one will never forget it. These are the kind of people I want to be associated with. I will tell this story every chance I get and when I need a car I know where I am headed. So nice to have a business like this in our community.

Very pleasant with no pressure.
My sales person was Jeff Callie's with Sill Terhar ford in Broomfield, CO. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He checked many options and found the perfect car for me. It was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. Generally it's usually an unpleasant experience. He was friendly and applied no pressure. He was sincere in trying to help me find the car I was seeking. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new or used car. Quick and low pressure
