Clean facilities. Friendly, competent employees.

My check engine light came on when I was in Casper on my way home from Montana. When I got home I called Sil-Terhar for an appointment to check it out. I got an appointment for the next day. I thought it was another sparkplug/coil going out but it was a leak in the air conditioning unit. They had the parts needed and got it all fixed. Everyone in the service department are so friendly and that makes it nice for an old lady to go there for all of my service. Also it is nice to have such a friendly man to take me home and then come pick me up when my car was ready. The good service by everyone is appreciated.

Professional, Honest, and On-time!

The service is always phenomenal at Sill-Terhar Ford. My family has been coming to this location for 30 years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The service manager Mitch and Quick lane manger Adam have helped facilitate multiple service and repairs for my families vehicles; there honesty and integrity are the reason we will always come back to Sill-Terhar Ford. My family now lives 30 miles north of this location but will certainly continue to commute and frequent based on the level of professionalism and great service! Thanks for all you do!

Ford needs to have a "recommended service" that remains on the file similar to Volvo. There was something that was recommended on my last visit and there was no record in the file. Everything that was done was done excellently and the staff kept me informed at all times.

Car Maintenance

Had an oil change and a recall performed. Work was done in far less time than expected. Service staff was friendly and had all of the information ready when I walked in the door to pick up my car. This was the most professional service from any dealer I've ever worked with.

great service, & concerned about safety in my case

I had a coupon for oil change,etc. they had checked the tread on my tires and said it wouldn't be to much longer before I would need new ones. Adam Brown was very helpful he showed me a couple of brands (lst the cheapest ones then up and what he would put on his wife's edge.) the next brand up weren't but $130.00 more for all 4 tires. I told him I had noticed I had been slipping and I didn't understand why? He became very very concerned and we were surpose to get a lot of snow this weekend, and with the slipping I mentioned to him he said that was due to the very little tread left on the tires. So I told him to go ahead and put 4 new tires on it. I called my husband and told him I was having new tires put on it and he said there at Ford? and I told him yes. I mentioned it to Adam and he said they shop around with like Discount tires, etc. and Ford was the cheapest, so my husband felt better about that!!! (He thought Ford only sold their own standard type.) I could really tell a DIFFERENCE in the way it handled its self. (and yes we did get a lot of SNOW) VERY SATISFIED!!!
