Her promise made to me regarding the issue on my vehicle was met also in a professional manner. A friend of mine directed me to Steve Azar a salesperson at Bob Maxey Ford in Howell. He found the perfect car for me and my husband. We're older and needed a super dependable car that we could actually afford. He sold the car to someone originally and had a record of all the service done to it. They did some more work on it prior to our purchase. A 2017 car with only 82,000 miles on it. I could see that Steve likes to interact with people and find the right car for them. We are delighted with our new car and Steve too! Totally recomend Bob Maxey Ford in Howell, and Steve as well!

He kept the order updated with the most current incentive programs so that by the time my new truck was delivered, I was able to buy it at the lowest available price. Excellent dealership that is small and customer friendly and oriented. Some of these dealerships are so large you just get lost while waiting for someone to ask you if they can help you. It’s not a grocery store, I expect to be greeted and helped in a timely manner. The sales person, Will Andrews was fantastic to work with from purchase to pick up. Well done!
